Man On The Phone - Marc Muellbauers Kaleidoscope - Quiet (CD, Album)

Kaleidoscope was the third album. The minute plus composition Seven-Ate-Sweet is simply the greatest performance ever made live or in the studio. It is mind-blowing in the extreme. It is orgiastic and it is genius. It puts the best of hard rock and any other form of rock to shame/5(15).

Recorded in in the Fabiola Studios in San Domenico, Dominican Republic, but not released until in Mexico. It was distributed by Orfeon in order to test the reception of psychedelic music in Mexico. Therefore only copies werde made, of wich most of were given to radio stations/5(27).

Kaleidoscope. Kaleidoscope were arguably the most eclectic band of the psychedelic era, weaving together folk, blues, Middle Eastern, and acid more often and more seamlessly than any other musicians. The California group were formed under the nucleus of multi-instrumentalists David Lindley and Chris Darrow in the mid-'60s.

The cd version contains 73 tracks in total. Tracks 11 to 71 are ghost tracks containing credits of the co-producers who contributed to the realization/crowd funding of the album as cd-text. Tracks 7, 8 and 9 are cd only bonus tracks. Tracks 72 and 73 are cd only extra tracks.5/5(1).
